The Global Citizenship Registry is a voluntary non-governmental non-state formation of natural persons united together in a legal private commercial warrant (commission) to build a global non-state cooperative citizenship understanding international law.

Cosmopolitanism & Universalist Concept

To register as a cosmopolitan, global, international, universal or world citizen you must have a valid passport from your own birth or residence nation (which simply states that you are a good person and free to travel), then simply complete the Global Citizenship Pledge and subsequently Register for our global citizenship in an easy legal process online using your Google account and submitting a collaboration through PayPal to make an international payment. A PayPal account is not required.

Provides Secure IDaaS

Registration does not guarantee or imply membership in Globcal International; but it does entitle registrants to participate in the building and development of their own blockchain based identification credential leading to recognition as a global citizen through our special program. Registration also provides members with Identity as-a Service (IDaaS) online ID to communicate securely with a SAML-SSO login that can be used in a variety of networks and can be extended to provide additional secure encrypted services.

The versatility and options available in developing credentials and a personal (non-state identification) has propelled us to offer our project as one that can be widely adapted and customized using open-source data encryption systems that are reinforced by the blockchain and with well-known international organizations. A programmable identification is under development and has been tested by our staff. It is our goal to introduce a legal non-state identification document that can be used internationally during the 2019-2020 fiscal year.
